About the Event
Hampton Roads Parent Empowerment is for fathers and mothers to share parenting tips, techniques and best practices for developing pre-teens, early teens and late teenage children to be self-confident, mentally healthy and able to function as an independent young adult. Newly created to provide a forum for older and younger parents to share experiences and enable our children to reach their full potential.
